Game Gear
The Game Gear was an 8-bit handheld game console released by Sega that competed directly with Nintendo's Game Boy, the Atari Lynx, and NEC's TurboExpress. Sharing much of its hardware with the Master System it is able to play its own titles as well as those of the Master System with the use of an adapter. It was released on April 26th 1991 for $149.99, which would equate to $277.95 today.
