The Nintendo 64 (of N64) (ニンテンドー64) was Nintendo's third home console for the international market. Named for its 64-bit processor, it was Nintendo's last home console to store games on cartridges. It was released on September 29th 1996 for $199.00, which would equate to $315.96 today.
